{The Alphabet Parade: Charls Ghigna}

{Synopsis} – Iguanas, pandas, tigers too its a letter parade just for you!

From the Learning Parade series. For ages 1-3. Board books.

{My thoughts} – This is a cute and colorful book for young children. It has a nice flow throughout and helps to teach children the alphabet as well as common words that begin with each letter. This book is put together using the letters to mostly help children to place which animal begins with which letter. However, there are some letters that do not have anything to with animals when I think that they could have. I understand that not every young child is going to know what some of the more not as well known animals are, but isn’t that what helps to make reading a learning process? I think that sometimes there needs to be words that a child would not otherwise know without asking someone to explain to them what the word means or what the word is. The reason I say this is because it can not only help to improve their reading but it can also help to improve the amount of new information obtained through reading the book.

Final Conclusion: 4 Star Rating.
