{The Wizard of Oz Colors: Kill Kalz}

{The Wizard of Oz Colors: Kill Kalz}

{Synopsis} – The Land of Oz is full of colorsroads are yellow and monkeys are blue! Let Dorothy, Toto, Tin Man, and Scarecrow explore all of the colors with you!

{My thoughts} – This book is a reminder of the Wizard of Oz story an old classic. The illustrations in this book are bright but captivating. I like that the book is written in a poem/ rhyme type fashion. I believe that books written in this sense are easier for children to remember and or obtain when it comes to information. Most children enjoy learning and singing new songs. This helps to teach children how to obtain information in books because you could take the little poem within the pages of the book and turn it into a song. The only real complaint I have about this book is that it is based on the knowledge that you know The original Wizard of Oz story. If you do not have an understanding of that story this book isn’t going to make a lot of sense. I don’t think that it is fair the author expects the readers to have such knowledge when it is obvious not every reader has read the original book.

Final Conclusion: 4 Star Rating.
