{Heartless: Sara Shepard}

{Synopsis} – The newest installment in Sara Shepard’s bestselling Pretty Little Liars series is packed with juicy drama and delicious surprises that will keep readers guessing to the very end.
Hanna, Aria, Emily, and Spencer have been telling some outrageous tales; only, the proof always seems to go missing. The friends insist they’re telling the truth, but all of Rosewood thinks they’re just out for attention—and nobody likes a girl who cries wolf. So when the big bad killer comes after them, will anyone believe the girls. . . or will they be the next to disappear?

{My thoughts} – I zoomed right through this book literally. The book is completely full of surprises and the ending threw me for a loop. I have come to really enjoy the means in which Miss Shepard writes her books. She gives enough background information for you to remember what happened previously int he series in each book and moves the story forward in an effective manner. It was a very nice read and I look forward to the next book.

I love how A gives these girls helpful information as well as information that hurts them — its crazy how that works – anyways. A sends Emily to some Amish community where she pretends to be Amish and she learns about a girl named Lead that went missing the same time that Ali had died – she also learns that Wilden was Amish before he gave that life up but that Lead had run away with him.

Hanna gets sent to a clinic for her eating/stress problem where she soon realizes that Ali had once been that but she doesn’t seem to get straight answers from anyone there because they don’t seem to know anyone named Ali – but her roomy is a bit twisted and many people warn her to be careful – she doesn’t learn her lesson until its a tad bit to late.

Also, Spencer learns that her and Ali are half siblings and that her dad had an affair with Ali’s mother – which is not a cool thing to learn about — Also – it ends with Jenna ending up dead and some guy named Billy being accused of all the murders – due to the police finding evidence that pointed to him – however up until that point the 4 girls had been arrested for Ali’s murder. I swear – surprises around every corner!

Final Conclusion: 5 Star Rating.
