Walker}"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><BR><br \/>\n<strong>{Synopsis} \u2013<\/strong>She\u2019s sixteen. He\u2019s seventeen. They don\u2019t know each other\u2026at least not yet.<\/p>\n<p>She has a secret and her whole life revolves around keeping it. Every few months and with little warning, she simply disappears, pulled into the past for hours or even days. She\u2019s terrified it will happen in front of someone, changing her life forever. So far, the only witnesses have been her parents, and that didn\u2019t end well. She has no control over it and no idea why it happens to her. <\/p>\n<p>She wants answers.<\/p>\n<p>He has answers\u2014at least he understands what\u2019s going on. He has a secret, too. He\u2019s part of an organization that goes back in time to rewrite reality. But he also has a problem. He broke the organization\u2019s number-one rule by altering his own timeline. As punishment, he\u2019s been blocked from time travel, which is most unfortunate. Because the changes he made to his timeline, accidentally resulted in disaster for his family. A disaster he\u2019s now prevented from repairing. No one can travel beneath the organization\u2019s radar except a Shadow. But they\u2019re rare, so rare he\u2019s never even met one.<\/p>\n<p>Then he moves to her town.<\/p>\n<p>Young adult sci-fi &#038; fantasy<\/p>\n<p><strong>{My Thoughts} &#8211; <\/strong>Time travel. This book makes use of the concept in a different way. It reminds me of Doctor Who to be honest. He time travels in order to fix things that were wrong in the past. That is what AJ does, she travels to fix the past. She has two best-friends Lex and Ipod. She&#8217;s had a really rough life, but through all the roughness she eventually finds a light at the end of her incredibly dark tunnel.<\/p>\n<p>I enjoyed reading this book because I like things about time travel. I also enjoyed the main characters they all blended together very nicely. It had some awesome adventures within it&#8217;s pages and it helped to show that even the underdog can become something special and make their mark on the world if they choose to.
