{Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star: Susie Linn}

{Synopsis} – “Twinkle, twinkle, little star
how I wonder what you are.”

It’s a magical starry night and mommy owl is taking her baby owls flying for the first time. Turn the pages and sing along with her to discover all the amazing nighttime things the excited babies see for the first time ever.

{My thoughts} – Sing along: Adaptation books are some of my favorite books. Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star is a favorite song in our house. My older children use to love singing it over and over. They had learned a few versions of the song, including one that the Care Bears did. I have a couple of other adaptations of this book, but I think this is one of my favorites. It’s a little different spin and that helps to make it such a wonderful book!

I really enjoyed reading through this book at the store, so of course I had to buy it for my girls. I’m really hoping that it has the potential to become one of their favorites. It’s based on the Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star song. However, it is about a Mommy Owl taking her little Owl’s out for their first flight. As you read the story and go through the pages you get to see all the things that the little Owls got to see on their very first flight.

I recommend this book for any child that enjoys being read to and likes the Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star song. It’s a really fun read that you can read or sing. The illustrations and the words go together nicely to create the perfect book for children.

Final Conclusion: 5 Star Rating.
