{Case Files: Simcha Whitehill}

{Case Files: Simcha Whitehill}

{Synopsis} – Detective Pikachu is his name. Crime solving is his game.

Detective Pikachu might not be what you’d typically expect a world-class detective to look like. He’s a Pokémon. Most people can’t even understand him. (All they hear is “Pika, pika!”) But he’s got a whopper of a case this time. And he’s not going to rest until he’s figured out the truth behind what happened.

These case files include all the notes, clues, and facts that have been gathered so far to try to solve this mystery. So, what do you say? Are you up for a little sleuthing?

Includes exclusive color CGI images from the new movie!

{My thoughts} – I am actually excited for the movie this book is based off to come out. I am a big Pokémon fan. I enjoy the games and have played many of the Nintendo games as well.

This book is nicely put together. It helps to explain the basis of the upcoming movie. It helps the reader to understand as much as Detective Pikachu knows. All and all it is a nice read. You get to take a look at his case files and see his ideas on what he thinks of all the other Pokémon.

The book doesn’t tell you who is behind the crime in question but it does give you a bunch of suspects. I think it is a nice set up to the movie and can potentially help raise the hype around it. I look forward to reading more books in this series in the future.

Final Conclusion: 5 Star Rating.
