{Synopsis} – Parents and friends will love teaching babies their first words with this vibrant board book, all about farm life and farm animals.

Babies will love learning the names of favorite animals and the sounds they make through the glossy embossed pictures of this playful and interactive book, packed with first words such as cow, pig, truck, tractor, horse, and more.

{My thoughts} – I enjoyed flipping through this board book. I especially like the bright colors and the bold print. I think that the words and the illustrations go together nicely. Hand and hand and they help to make it easy for a young child to see what each word means. I also like the different textures in which the pages are made. Each page has a different kind of texture to it that allows a young child to run their hands or fingers across to show the difference between page and illustration.

There are a number of objects found around the home mentioned within the pages of this book. Each object is then labeled and then a one word descriptive word is mentioned. I believe this will help children to put together the object, with what it looks like and the how it should be described when they are introduced to this book.

I highly recommend this book for any child under the age of four. I think that they can learn a lot from it even though it covers a minimal amount of words.

Final Conclusion: 5 Star Rating.
