I do not claim this recipe as my own. I am simply sharing it on my blog for others to be able to find it. I like to have all the recipes I like in one place.

Cool Ranch Shredded Chicken Tacos
Freezer Meal.
  1. 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  2. 3 TBS olive oil
  3. 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
  4. 1 Taco seasoning packet {substitute with this homemade version: 1 TBS chili powder, 1 TSP
  5. pepper, and 1/2 TSP of each of the following – salt, ground cumin, red
  6. pepper flakes, paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder}
  7. 1 Dry ranch seasoning packet {substitute with this homemade version: 1 TBS dried
  8. parsley, 1 TSP garlic powder, 1 TSP onion powder, 1 TSP dried onion flakes,
  9. 3/4 TSP dill, 1/2 TSP pepper, and 1/2 TSP salt}
  10. No extra liquid needed!
  1. 1 gallon-sized plastic freezer bag.
To freeze and cook later
  1. Label your freezer bag.
  2. Add all ingredients.
  3. Remove as much air from the bag as possible, seal, and lay flat in your freezer for up to three months.
To cook
  1. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in morning in water.
  2. Add to crockpot.
  3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  4. Shred chicken and mix with seasoning in crockpot.
  5. Serve on soft tortillas and top with shredded cheese, and guacamole.
  1. Double recipe to make two freezer meals.
