I do not claim this recipe as my own. I am simply sharing it on my blog for others to be able to find it. I like to have all the recipes I like in one place.

Chicken Curry
  1. 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  2. 1, 6oz can of tomato paste
  3. 1, 13.5oz can of coconut milk
  4. 1 small onion, chopped (about one cup)
  5. 2 cups of frozen peas
  6. 1, 14.5oz can of tomato sauce (about 1 3/4 cup)
  7. 2 large cloves of garlic, minced
  8. 3 tablespoons honey
  9. 2 tablespoons curry powder
  10. 1 teaspoon salt
  11. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  1. Cook on low setting for 6 hours or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  2. Serve with rice.
