{Synopsis} – In the third installment of Claude's hilarious adventures, Claude and Sir Bobblysock pack their bags and go on vacation to the beach. They rescue a man from a shark, win a sandcastle-bulding competition, and hunt for pirate treasure. Of course, they make it back home just before Mr. and Mrs. Shineyshoes come in from work.

{My thoughts} – I just finished reading this book to my six year old son. When I asked him what he liked most about the book he replied he liked that Claude went on vacation, searched for treasure and pretended to sleep. He had laughed and giggled through much of the book and all and all enjoyed it until the last page.

I really liked this book. The words go along nicely with the pictures. The story is about an adventure and it’s always fun to read about adventures. I also have a soft spot for books with animals in them. This book is incredibly enjoyable and I think any child would love to have this book/ series on the bookshelves. I look forward to reading more books in this series in the future.

Final Conclusion: 5 Star Rating.
