Italian Wedding Soup with Turkey Meatballs
Freezer Meal.

Ingredients
  1. 28 oz frozen turkey meatballs {pork meatballs also work}
  2. 1 small yellow onion, diced {substitute with i/2 bag frozen chopped onions}
  3. 1 lb baby carrots sliced {substitute with 2 frozen bags peas and carrots}
  4. 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  5. 1 TSP onion powder
  6. 1 TSP garlic salt
  7. 1 TSP montreal steak seasoning
  8. 64 oz chicken broth {not needed until day of cooking}
  9. 1/2 Cup uncooked pasta {not needed until day of cooking}
Materials
  1. 1 gallon-sized plastic freezer bag.
To freeze and cook later
  1. Label your freezer bag.
  2. Add all ingredients except broth and pasta.
  3. Remove as much air as possible, seal, and lay flat in your freezer for up to three months.
To cook
  1. Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in morning in water.
  2. Add to crockpot with chicken broth.
  3. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  4. Add pasta and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
  5. Stir and serve with fresh bread.
Notes
  1. Double recipe to make two freezer meals.
