Mexican Chicken Chili
Freezer meal.

Ingredients
  1. 1lbs Chicken Breasts
  2. 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  3. 1 Cup onions chopped {substitute 1 frozen bag of chopped onion}
  4. 1 Can black beans {14.5 oz}
  5. 1 Can kidney beans {14.5 oz}
  6. 1 Can diced tomatoes {14.5 oz}
  7. 1 Can diced tomatoes and green chilies {10 oz}
  8. 1 Pkg Taco Seasoning
  9. 1 Can of corn {14.5 oz}
  10. 1 Chicken broth {32 oz}
Instructions
  1. Label 1 gallon freezer ziplock bag.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a 1 gallon freezer meal and mix well.
  3. Remove as much air as possible.
  4. Flatten bag out.
  5. Place in freezer.
  6. Thaw bag in refrigerator overnight or in sink of hot water morning of cooking.
  7. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
  8. Remove chicken, shred with a fork, and return to slow cooker.
  9. Serve in bowls topped with crumbled tortilla chips.
  10. Optional toppings: Chips, Sour Cream, lettuce, tomatoes & shredded cheese.
Notes
  1. Can buy most ingredients at Aldi.
  2. Double recipe to make two freezer meals.
