Sweet & Spicy Pork Chops with Butternut Squash
- 2 pounds boneless pork chops
- 16oz package of peeled and diced butternut squash
- 12oz jar hot pepper jelly
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Add to crock pot and cook on “low” setting for 4 hours in a 6-quart crock pot or 8 hours in a 4-quart crock pot.
- Serve with rice.
