Sweet & Spicy Pork Chops with Butternut Squash
  1. 2 pounds boneless pork chops
  2. 16oz package of peeled and diced butternut squash
  3. 12oz jar hot pepper jelly
  4. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  1. Add to crock pot and cook on “low” setting for 4 hours in a 6-quart crock pot or 8 hours in a 4-quart crock pot.
  2. Serve with rice.
