Kara and Zed are ready for a new adventure! When Prince Charming loses the girl and the glass slipper, Kara knows this is her chance to find the shoe, foil an evil plot, and save the day. But will Kara and Zed fix the prince’s happily ever after, or wind up thrown in a dungeon? Macky Pamintuan’s illustrations are on every page, welcoming readers into the adorably silly world of the Once Upon a Fairy Tale series.

{My thoughts} – Kara and Zed get to go on an all new mystery solving case in this book. In this book they are trying to find the missing glass slipper. The Prince says it was in his library and then someone stole it and he hasn’t been able to locate it since.

The two kids decide to make it their mission to help the Prince find the missing slipper. They start doing some investigating and soon have a clear idea of who did what. They only thing they aren’t certain of is where the slipper ended up. It takes Kara a bit but eventually she is able to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Once she is able to do that, she shows the Prince what she learned in a colorful manner.

I really enjoyed reading through this book. I tend to enjoy all books that are Fairy Tale related. They are fun reads to me and extremely entertaining. I am always interested in reading what authors come up with in terms of remakes for fairy tales.

Final Conclusion: 5 Star Rating.
